[cross-project-issues-dev] EMF Services participation in 2018-09

Hi all,

EMF Services will participate in the 2018-09 SimRel, with offset +2. The
version contributed will be either 1.12.0 (the same as in Photon) or
maybe a 1.12.1 service release if I can get the time to include some bug
fixes.
