Hi,

As requested in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=541455,
the latest version of Oracle JDK 8 has been installed here:

/shared/common/java/oracle/jdk1.8.0_192_x64

Starting November 29th, 2018 we will also point the
"latest" link to the latest release.

Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions about this.
