Greetings folks.

Just a reminder that if your project is pushing a new major or minor
version into the 2018-09 Simultaneous Release, then--according to the
current rules--you need to engage in a Release Review.

We're already very late, but I've gotten good at last minute scramble: if
you haven't already engaged with EMO on the review, please do so ASAP.
